Moses is an entrepreneur and business builder who helps ideas become working organizations. He founded Beautonix Medspa, Mois Maids, and Mateo-Amare Consulting, and he co-owns a Coco's Tropical Ice franchise. Through his consulting work, he has helped launch and grow local businesses such as Ray's Roadside Services. He has also helped create and establish charitable organizations, including Leominster for Truth and My Pathway to Freedom.
What sets Moses apart is how personal his approach is. He doesn't hand clients a one-size-fits-all plan. He takes time to learn each owner's goals, community, and challenges, and then builds a strategy that fits them, whether that means a brand, a website, an operations plan, or the groundwork for a nonprofit. Clients work with Moses directly from the first conversation through launch and beyond. Many describe him as a partner invested in their success rather than a contractor checking boxes.
His foundation was built through service. As an Army veteran, Moses learned leadership, discipline, and how to stay steady under pressure. His background in biology sharpened the analytical, problem-solving mindset he now brings to every business challenge.
